Kobe Bryant’s NBA Career
Kobe Bryant, who is considered one of the greatest basketball players of all time, spent 20 years playing in the National Basketball Association (NBA). Over the course of his career, Bryant only played for one NBA team: the Los Angeles Lakers.

The Los Angeles Lakers were Kobe Bryant’s team for his entire NBA career. It was with the Lakers that Bryant won 5 NBA championships and played 18 All-Star games. In 2009, he was awarded NBA MVP, leading the Lakers to victory in the Finals.
Bryant was also named an All-Star starter a record 16 consecutive times. He was regularly voted to the All-NBA First team 10 times and the NBA All-Defensive team 12 times. Over his 20-year career, Kobe scored 33,643 points, becoming one of the only four players to hit 30,000 points in the NBA.
